SALES TAX:

RETURNS, EXCHANGES and CANCELLATION
At Tea Avenue™, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the teas you purchase, as we offer only the highest quality tea. However, if you are not satisfied with the tea you order from Tea Avenue, we request that the unused portion be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange for another tea or issue Tea Avenue store credit, equal to the price of merchandise only. Store credit can be used for future purchases. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted tea back to Tea Avenue or the cost of shipping the replacement tea to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
* Teaware and tea accessories (including all teapots) are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged.
* If you return your product for any reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with an exchange or "store credit" for these items LESS a 35% disposal fee. No refund will be made for shipping charges.
When do disposal fees apply?
A disposal fee of 35% applies to shipments that have been opened, tried, and returned due to customer's dislike of the product. Since the product is no longer usable for resale, the fee covers a small percentage of the company's loss. We advise trying sample sizes before buying large quantities of any tea.
When do restocking fees apply?
A restocking fee of 35% applies to packages returned to Tea Avenue because an incorrect address was provided. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when UPS returns your order to Tea Avenue.
